Refund policy.

1. Refund Terms

Our services are delivered over time and involve a significant upfront commitment of research, planning, and production hours. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the terms set out below.

2. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once a monthly cycle has started, onboarding completed, research underway, or production scheduled, fees for that cycle are non-refundable. This reflects the resourcing and opportunity cost already committed to your engagement.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any deliverable, please raise it with us directly first. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns through revisions, scope adjustments, or, where appropriate, credit toward future work.

4. Processing Fees

Where a refund is issued, any payment-processor or transaction fees incurred on the original payment may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Exceptions

In the event of a material breach on our side, failure to deliver agreed work within reasonable timelines, or a significant quality failure we cannot remediate, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Additional Services

One-off add-ons, project-based work, and bespoke deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
